Hi All,

I've installed an RSS Feed on the SCWN website, just under the banner, for any updates and news that maybe going on within SCWN.
I intend to issue a new announcement on the RSS feed when ever a new member joins or when there's a change to members details.

I won't be putting the actual changes or any personal information on the feed, just the fact that updates are available and that those who use the PHP version for displaying the map etc on their websites should update.

Please let me know if anyone has anything they want put on the feed, and also let me know if the feed is working OK if you subscribe to it.

The RSS feed has been running for a while now so is there any feedback on it?

Do you use it?
Is it a handy thing to include on the site?
When I do an update for a new member or a change to a member's details I use the link facility to link direct to the website that the feed about. Is this OK with everyone?
Any comments welcomed, positive or negative.  ;)

I personally do not use RSS feeds as a general source of info.  Although I have looked at the SCWN RSS page a couple of times (and just had a re-look), I tend to visit the main site "as-is" and rely on that for information.  That is not to say that the RSS feed doesn't serve a purpose, because it is extra informative and easy to see quickly and presumably (if one subscribes) more timely!  ;)

Nor me.
Probably most useful to those who visit least often?
N.B. I'm not suggesting that that is a bad thing! Not everyone is as obsessive regular a visitor as I am.  LOL ;D
