Post by: masseyjim on December 26, 2009, 05:49:40 PM
Santas promised me a weather station ,a bit late I knows but i see one on E bay a WS 2300, no bids as yet starting price 89 :99and a WS 2350 in the weather shop window lol at 115:00 I realise the bidding may start soon and I f I bid the price may go up, but what one is best as really the price difference is next to nothing if one is better than the other ?

They are basically the same station, the only difference being the console and the anemometer.
The anemometer on the WS2350 has cups for the wind speed but the WS2300 has a fan. The cups are far better than the fan.  ;)
The consoles have the same functions, they just have a different lay out.

Just had a quick look and Skyview (http://www.skyview.co.uk/dept1/acatalog/WS2350.html?gclid=CPHEt6f49J4CFaBb4wodsznuJg) has the WS2350 at 107.65 and Red Onions (http://www.red-onions.co.uk/product_info.php?language=en&currency=GBP&products_id=59174) has it at 99.99. So it's always worth a Google.  ;D
