Title: Wet enough?
Post by: skyewright on July 27, 2010, 08:41:38 AM
Hi,

Yesterday we passed the point where the rain in July (173mm so far) now accounts for more than a third of the rainfall this year (497mm so far)!

However, even with the July rain we've still only had a bit over half the rain that we'd had by this time last year (893mm).

How is it for you...

It's about the same up here, although not as much rain recorded.
July is now the wettest month this year with 76.6mm recorded out of 379.7mm this year.
Last year July had 69.2mm of rain by the 27th (but there was another 16mm to come in the last 5 days) and the yearly total at this stage was 639.6mm.
